These terms cover KoolKad, operated by FAMILI ALIYAS CREATIVE VENTURES, SSM 202603025695 (SA0648690-X), and your use of its website and digital invitation services.
Our product
KoolKad provides personalised, browser-based digital invitations with the features described for the selected package. The Birthday invitation lets guests play a short game, view event information and submit an RSVP. No physical cards, delivery or shipping are included.
Product availability
Birthday and Wedding have separate product pages. Birthday offers self-service invitation creation. Wedding currently offers a demo and waitlist; joining the waitlist is not a purchase or a paid reservation. Only buy a product when its own page offers checkout and clearly states the package, price and delivery terms.
Orders and payment
Choose your invitation options, enter the event and host details, review the preview, and proceed to the payment provider. The total price in Malaysian Ringgit is displayed before payment. Only payment methods offered by the provider at checkout are available. Payment is verified before paid access is activated.
Your invitation and management links are made available through the website after confirmed payment. If confirmation is delayed or you cannot retrieve your links, contact us with your payment reference. Do not pay again solely because confirmation is pending.
Your details and materials
Review names, dates, location, contact details and photographs before paying or sharing your invitation. You must be an adult parent, guardian or authorised host and have permission to use the submitted information and images. Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content. You retain ownership of your materials and allow us to store and display them as needed to provide your invitation.
Sharing and RSVP
Anyone who receives the guest link can view and forward your invitation. Share it only with your intended audience. Keep the separate management link private, as it provides access to order management and guest responses. Guests must provide accurate RSVP details. Hosts should use guest information only for the event and obtain any separate permission needed for other purposes.
Access and support
A compatible browser and internet connection are required. Keep a copy of your event details and original photographs. Do not rely on KoolKad as permanent archival storage. If you need a specific availability period or a feature not listed in your package, contact us before buying. We will communicate material service changes affecting an existing paid order and provide an appropriate remedy where the purchased service cannot be supplied.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use the purchased invitation for its intended event. KoolKad artwork, game code and templates remain owned by us or our licensors and cannot be resold or copied as a competing product. Do not attempt unauthorised access, misuse management links or disrupt the service. We may restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use or a security issue.
Refunds and privacy
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains cancellations, faults and refunds. Our Privacy Policy explains information collection, guest visibility and data requests. These terms do not limit rights under applicable Malaysian law.
